Blend

Blend is a consumer lending SaaS platform that automates the lending process. I was a product designer working with the Organization Effectiveness team to help employees understand the problem space and make Blend’s goals easier to understand.

The goal on this project was to redesign the company’s OKR dashboard to help align the company toward their quarterly goals. The final result informed employees why Blend chose these specific product goals, and to provide metrics that had both meaning and direction.
